The following sponsorship packages are available.
Platinum package:
Your company name and logo will be presented on the highest tier of the PhreakNIC 18 website as well as on signage and handouts given to attendees.
You will be mentioned and thanked in the opening and closing ceremonies.
You can send fliers to be included in handouts as marketing material as well as swag to be included in guest bags.
You will be able to include a full-page print ad in our program booklet and in our app.
You will have a table in the vendor room; you may select any location.
You may also set up an information table in the main concourse, next to registration.
You will receive up to ten (10) complementary sponsor badges.
Cost: $5,000.00
Gold package:
Your company name and logo will be presented on the PhreakNIC 18 website as well as on signage and handouts given to attendees.
You will have a table in the vendor room; gold sponsors may select any location not already reserved by a platinum sponsor or other gold sponsor.
You will receive up to five (5) complementary sponsor badges.
Cost: $2,500.00
Silver package:
Your company name and logo will be presented on the PhreakNIC 18 website as well as on handouts given to attendees.
You will have a table in the vendor room.
You will receive two (2) complementary sponsor badges.
Cost: $1,000.00
Copper package:
Your company name and logo will be presented on the PhreakNIC 18 website as well as on handouts given to attendees.
You will receive one (1) complementary sponsor badge.
Cost: $500.00
Note that sponsors may request packages tied to specific PhreakNIC 18 needs, ie:
$500+ - tshirts
$500+ - badges
$500+ - program booklets
$500+ - con suite
$500+ - stickers, hats, shot glasses, playing cards, other swag
$500+ - sponsor a guest, with their permission (room and/or transportation costs)
$1000+ - Thursday pre-con buffet
$1000+ - Sunday post-con dinner
''Package'' sponsors receive the equivalent Copper/Silver/Gold/Platinum benefits, plus a banner and/or printed info (whichever is most appropriate) on materials related to the specific item(s) they have sponsored. Note also that if a sponsor buys, for example, badges at $1000 or $2500, we splurge on that item.
