The hotel is in an oversold situation due to the Alabama at Vanderbilt Football Game and our sales rep is being pressured to sell remaining rooms to the football game attendees. 	You must call the hotel directly for reservations, at 615.244.0150. The hotel is sold out other than our block, so you must mention Group Name PN6 Guest rooms up to quad occupancy available at $70/night, ask for Group Name PN6 Roll-away beds available for an additional charge PhreakNIC will have all of the 2nd and 3rd floors, part of 4th floor Party Room will be on the main floor Rooms are filling up quickly, reserve yours or be left out!
Smoking/Non-Smoking Rooms
	The hotel normally reserves the even numbered floors as non-smoking rooms. However, due to our need to declare the second floor as a "rowdy party floor" the hotel will be allowing us to smoke in that area. Therefore, requesting a smoking v. non-smoking room when booking will not guarantee your preference. We will add an interface on the website that will allow you to enter your preference (party floor-smoking, smoking, or non-smoking) along with the confirmation number given when making your reservation. This data will then be given to the hotel on a first come first served basis for assigning rooms.
