Previously at PhreakNIC gaming seemed to substitute for the panel on Inflationary Big Bang and Quantum Cosmologies, where games would pop up on the LAN with little or no notice and just as quickly dissipate with no tangible evidence of their passing.

This year, with the help of the enthusiastic folks at Kat5Kaos, we hope to run things a little differently. We intend to have the gaming room network up and open Friday afternoon so Phreaknic attendees can get their game boxes in and start fragging right away.

Saturday afternoon will see tournaments setup and run by Kat5Kaos with prizes handed out and the results (including bragging rights) posted to the pn6 website.
